Lake Clermont - What We're All About!

Lake Clermont is a small lakefront community on the southern edge of New Bern, the one-time capital of North Carolina. Our community is comprised of 84 residential lots and is managed by a Property Owners Association (POA). The POA board sees to the maintenance of our common grounds, adherence to our by-laws and covenants while also monitoring the health of the lake.
